In-Transit Key Figure

Hi all,

I copied SAP2 planning area. Please help me where to find In-Transit Key Figure in SAP2 copied planning area ?

Hello Vivek

You are not able to see the In Transit key figures as they are not the part of planning area SAP2. You can use planning area SAP4 for the supply planning and will find the following in transit key figures:

INTRANSIT	In Transit Receipts
INTRANSITCUSTOMER	In Transit Customer Receipts
INTRANSITDS	In Transit Supply

We already have copied SAP2 and did so many changes to the copied planning area, so is it possible to add this Key figure to our existing planning area and does it work in supply heuristic operator ?

Hello Vivek

You should use planning area SAP4 for supply planning. As SAP4 contains all the key figures relevant for the supply planning. You might come across new changes required for supply planning in SAP3. How many changes you have done to SAP2? It could be possible that those changes are not required in SAP4.

I would recommend using SAP4 as it will already have the complete configuration for Supply planning.
