In-plant railcar switching

Hi TM Experts,

I am looking for details to map In-plant Railcar switching scenario in TM.

Examples of the IN-PLANT RAILCAR SWITCHING are

1) Self-serve switching

2) 3rd Party switching services

3)Railroad switching services

Basically, it is a switching of active resource and passive resources in TM. Refer link of white paper that I came across while studying the Rail freight and related solutions.
