In GI reversal of EWM, a queue stuck with error "Posting only possible in periods ..."

Dear Expert,

When I'm trying to revese an EWM outnboubd delivery in 2022/05, a queue stuck with error "Posting only possible in periods 2022/05 and 2022/04 in company code XXX".

Is there a way to change reversal posting date?

Hi Anna,

Please check the following SAP Note and KBA on this topic.

1780263 - No posting from EWM due to closed posting period

2173575 - Posting date for goods movements from EWM

Also the error you encounter always has a number, please do a Note search or KBA search as most times you will find a solution.
