Hi all,
We created a checklist and we want some information to be automatically populated in it.
Among these informations we want to see equipments details (UDFs) but in the list proposed by FSM we don't see them (although we can see other UDFs).
It seems that in the checklist, the fields selectable are those which are visible in dispatching board. So I have 2 questions:
1 - How to make UDFs visible on checklist.
2 - How to make UDFs visible in dispatching board.
Is it some screen configuration related to dispatching board ? I did not find it.
Many thanks
Brice

Hi Friederike,
In fact, I can't see my UDFs because the cloud message type is UDFMETAGROUP.
I can see those which have cloud message type EQUIPMENT, ACTIVITY or SERVICE CALL.
So I suppose in standard we can't see UDFs defined as UDFMETAGROUP

Hi Friederike,
Many thanks for your answer, I will check and let you know, but yes this seems logic.

In general the UDFs displayed in the Smartform designer are filtered by type, e.g. Text Input Smartform Elements allow to select from string UDFs and Number input Smartform elements allow to select from numeric fields.
What UDFs are displayed on dispatching board should not be related to what you see in the smartform. For dispatching board it depends on the exact screen. For some you can define via screen configuration what to display.
