Importing Territories via DTW

Hello,

I am having trouble importing a batch of territories using the BP Code and Territory fields.

The error messages relate to the Territory field. I have tried the values of the corresponding OTER Territory ID (I used the row number eg 1, 2 or 3 of the options we have set up in this list)

and have also tried the description field content ie ROW, UK, Europe. Which errored stating must be a whole number. This is what i tried the first time and they are not recognized.

Any ideas on the content and path to import to the territory field would be welcome.

I am at a loss to know what to try next?

For anyone completly new to SAP and the DTW i was able to upload the territories but first i manually had to enter the information on some of the BP.

Once the data was in SAP i ran a query to see how the data was held. The caterorgies had been issued a number 10, 11, 12 etc. Once these were used in the import template the data went in no problem....Just took me a while to get there.
