Import Preconfigured Analytics Stories in IBP

Hello IBP Experts, 

how can I import preconfigured analysis stories from the SAPIBP1 planning area into an existing planning area? I would like to avoid creating a completely new planning area for this, as no data is available there and it is difficult to test the new analytics stories there. The goal would be to test the preconfigured analytics stories with my own data. Is that possible? What exact steps are necessary here?

Hi, we are currently facing the same issue of not making use of the potential that the preconfigured analytics stories can provide.

Therefore I have created a SAP Influence submit to the SAP Product Management. 

It would be really helpful if you vote for this improvement to get it on the Roadmap for the product management.

I can see that the functionality to copy into existing planning area is planned for 2411. So your influence request was successful.

Dear customer,

unfortunately the option is currently not available. It is only possible to get the Preconfigured Analytics Stories with creating a planning area by copying the sample planning area SAPIBP1.
