IHC F9K3 - turnover list

Hi, I am trying to display turnover list but unable to display the items. After I enter the Posting Date range I am not able to see any items in the turnover list. I see the message as below: Number of Records Not Included Due to authorization: 6 Can anyone tell me what authorization is needed to display turnovers in F9K3? thanks, raj

hi,

please go to the configuration of IHC and there should be a node for Authorization Management. Maintain Amount-Dependent Authorizations and make an entry for max amount and see if you are able to get the list.

Thanks for your reply.

I've maintained settings under Amount-Dependent Authorizations but no luck. Furthermore it is optional setting I believe. Please suggest me how to solve this one. If  possible share few screen shots about this.

I've noticed below error is populating while checking the Payment order is IHC0

The OPEN_DI of BTE 00010210 could not determine any function modules. Please suggest me how to solve this and what FM need to be assigned.

I've got the solution for this.

Steps to solve this error: Do the below configuration to solve this error,

1. SAP Banking → Customer Accounts → Authorization Management→ Maintain Authorization Groups

2. Financial Supply Chain Management →  In-House Cash → Authorization Management  → Amount-Dependent Authorizations   → Maintain Amount Limit/Principle of Dual Control for Payment Order

3. Financial Supply Chain Management →  In-House Cash → Authorization Management  → Amount-Dependent Authorizations   → Maintain Amount Limit/Principle of Dual Control for Payment Item
