I have an issue where the XYZ value calculated via an Excel template does not match what is calculated through the IBP XYZ Segmentation process.
As additional information (in case it makes a difference), the key figure being used is stored at the technical week level though the segmentation is set to a periodicity of Month and then is run for the past 12 months. Also, nulls are set up to be treated as zeroes.
In addition, if all months are populated with values, the Excel calculated and IBP calculated values match. I do run a create missing periods job each night, so I wouldn't think this would be the issue.
Product A and Product B in the attached file have the same basic "look" - both not having data in Jan 2024. But, the one seems to be calculating the XYZ value correctly and the other, not.
Is there something else I should be checking that would make a difference in the CoV that IBP is calculating vs. what I've calculated in Excel? Is there anyway to create a key figure that would show the calculated CoV value?
Thank you, in advance, for any insight you can provide.

Once I also choose "Replace leading nulls with zeroes", the issue appears to have resolved itself.
