IBP Transportation Lot Size supplier

Hello,

i have a supplier in my network.

This supplier can be only per transport 25.000 EACH.

If I use the attribut max and min Lot size at location source, the heuristic doesn't considered the lot size.

How can I considered this point.

Hi Oliver,

The Heuristic will not consider the Max lot size and it only respect the minimum lot size.

Only the optimizer takes both minimum and maximum lot sizes into account.

You can restrict the qty using adjusted Transport receipt Key figure in Heuristic.

This input key figure allows you to adjust the transport receipts sourced via a location source of supply. For the heuristic algorithms, this means that the delivered transport receipts are fixed to the given adjusted values, irrespective of whether the ship-from location can ship this quantity (or more) and irrespective of whether the receiving location requires a greater or lesser quantity.
