IBP - Tracking Copy Operator

Hey everyone,

I need a report of who last ran the a copy operator, when it was last run, and the impacted Version. I need this log for all copy operators that we have in planning area. It's possible to extract those information from IBP?

Hi Lorena

as far as I know, this is not possible today. You would need to go through one by one.
However, if you have a customized job templates for the copy operator, then you can do some evaluation in the pretty new (2008 release) app "Monitor Application Jobs". There you can filter by job template. And you can display as Gantt chart or as list. And when in list display you can download to file. With that you can build your evaluation

In case you would open a customer influence request on the requirement, I suggest to enhance it with evaluation on any kind of planning operator (copy, forecast, supply, IO, ...) directly without the need to have a job template but being able to identify the operator as well when it is scheduled by a job. Plus, please provide the link here.
