IBP Supply Optimizer Ignores Adjusted Production

Hi Experts

We are currently running a supply optimizer which should use the fixed Adjusted Production of a preceding heuristic run for the production of SFG. However when the optimizer is run, it ignores the values within the adjusted production key figure. the key figure is set and input/output to supply planning. What can be done to ensure the optimizer adheres to the production fix and pushes the SFG into FG where required.

Hello Ebrahim,

with the optimizer explanations you can also get the reasons why the optimizer couldn't fulfill the adjusted productions.

Hello,

What you see is standard IBP TS supply behaviour, it can violate adjusted production for lack of capacity / component availability,

please refer below help link and use the new confirmed KFs to model the fixed inputs.
