IBP Supply Optimizer - Can the input key figures be changed?

Greetings Experts

Is it possible to change the key figures that the supply optimizer uses as inputs and outputs? An example would be using a custom key figure for production receipts, let us call it ProducedGoods, instead of the standard production receipts key figure?

The issue on hand is that we are trying to create an over ride for production receipts. The client has downtime for a specific week which the client inputs into a saved key figure. We wish to input a 0 for that week which the optimzer should take into consideration when optimizing the supply plan.

I hope this makes sense.

Your guidance and advise will be highly appreciated.

Hello,

The optimizer algorithm do not recognize custom KFs as input or output.

In your scenario, please try using "Production Receipts Adj Interactive" keyfigure. You can enter 0 in this KF & Production Receipts are not planned for respective period.

Alternately you can remove capacity from CAPASUPPLY keyfigure for respective period & production receipts are not planned for that period.
