Hi all

In which module of IBP is shelf life included?Only in Supply or is there anything in inventory optimization that considers shelf life?

regarding this, is posible to define shelf life by customer?

Hi Carlos,

Shelf Life Planning is possible in S&OP, Response and Supply and in Edge Edition Licenses. Hence if you have copy of SAPIBP1 or SAP4S, Shelf Life can be configured.

You need to use separate planning area for shelf life. I think it's SAP4s

Yes, you can define shelf life by customer. MDT Customer Product holds relevant attributes.

Actually you can run it in the same planning area SAPIBP1, but you would need to adjust the configuration (similar to SAP4S)
