IBP - S&OP Heuristics planning operator is not available to assign in planning area

We are trying to run the S&OP Heuristics operator in our IBP system. Does anybody experience this ? When I try to assign to my planning area it is grayed out ?

The planning area we copied to our own planning area was UNIPA07.

Now new app S&OP planning operator is assigned to PA .This is reason that configuration app for planning area SCM planning operator is shown in display mode . Please test

@Anil Gupta - Thanks for the quick response on this topic.

Could you please provide some additional information how do we get this app added to our Fiori page. We are only having IBP S&OP license. In this case shall we still use the S&OP Heuristics operator using the app.

Is there an specific role this app is part of ?

Hello, As far as I know you don't need to manually assign the SCM operator to the Planning area - like a copy operator. Did you login to excel and check if you are able to see the S&OP profiles under Run->S&OP Operator?
