IBP:Restric particular KF from a group

Hello Experts,

We have some KF's start with for ex- YDP*, so in the KF access, i given only YDP* so users can access to all the KF's starting with YDP. Now we got a request to exclude one KF among those, how can this be achieved as i dont see any option to exclude. Otherwise it is very difficult to add all the KF's again manually.

Hi BKR,

As Lingaiah mentioned, this is not feasible on the current product functionality.

You may send an Improvement request so this could be enhanced on future releases:

Sorry for my delayed response. Since business don't want to see few Key figures, I requested functional team to exclude them from PA incase they aren't used anywhere. Awaiting for Functional team response.

Hi,

It is standard behaviour. You can download the planning area details and find the YDP* key figures and past them into individual values to present it in planning view.

I would suggest raising an incident to SAP support team to include or exclusion in selection parameters.
