IBP / Production restrictions

Hello colleagues,

I have a problem with the IBP configuration. For some specific products, they are aggregated by families and all of them are produced in one specific resource. The problem is that this specific resource can only produce 5 families per month and we have 11 families. Can anyone help us with the restrictions or variables we should use for this limitation? is it possible in SAP Integrated Business Planning for Response and Supply?
