Hello,

If we are not using JAM & only IBP process templates to set the S&OP process, can IBP trigger emails once a step started suppose a user group has to take some action like reviewing or updating the data ?

Hi,

It's not possible to get email notifications without Jam in process template.

Perhaps you can look into whether or not creating a MS Power App could suit your business needs, akin to https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-the-sap-erp-connector/#:~:text=To%20use%20the... which facilitates the triggering of an e-mail flow. You could trigger the action from within MS Excel and use a built-in connector for SAP to extract the necessary data into the e-mail.
