Hello,

we have the role of a local planer.

Now we will use the permission filter to close a key figure. (locl demand plan) for this user.

This was working. But now, we want to open the kf and we set the "Write access for key figures" in the permission filter on unrestricted.

But If the local planer login an load his template (favorite or template, it doesn't matter), change a value and want to save it, the error message appear:

Local demand plan: The following versions cannot be edited: - Base Version (1 changed cell)...

Can you help me?

Hi Oliver,

Please check this page:

Working With Permission Filters

Do also make sure that the Business Role itself is granting WRITE access to the Key Figure and its Base Version in case the WRITE access is Restricted, and not fully Unrestricted.

Check the Version-Specific Key Figures restriction section as well and make sure that Base is informed.

Hello Ivan,

thanks for the response. Unfortunatley, I can't find the issue.

For that reason I "go back". that means, that I will give the business user a template and restrict his rights more and more.

Than I can find it.
