IBP Optimizer Simulation - how to limit data scope and not get a timeout

Hi,

Simple as that, I'm trying to run a simulation with a SOP operator profile but after a few minutes , an error message appears suggesting me to limit the data scope , How can that be achieved? all of this in a simulation run .....

Hi German,

IBP Simulation uses Planning Scope defined in the Excel Addin planning view.

You can limit the planning scope by selecting the required Subnetworks and limiting the Time Period for which Optimizer should be executed.

This can be done in IBP Ribbon --> Edit view --> Planning Scope ( it at the top 4 line)
