IBP Non root Attribute not visible at aggregated level in planning view

Hi Experts,

I have defined a key figure at Product Location Customer level. When I try to access this key figure at aggregated/higher level (e.g. region) attribute value is not displayed in planning view. It shows (none).

I have selected Product ID, Location ID and Customer ID as root attributes and kept all other attributes as non root attributes. Region is one of the non root attribute of Customer. Any idea why higher level non root attribute is not visible in the planning view?

Reload the master data and try again, this happens when some changes in planning level happens and attribute values loaded before the change.

If possible delete and reload master data.

Thanks for your inputs Girish and Irmhild.

I had reloaded MD and tried again. MD got reloaded and attributes are visible at higher level as well.

However, this changes has impacted one of our CPI process. I am getting below error after CPI task run -

"XXX records failed with error, Ambiguous value for non-root &1 using root &3 at plan level &4 in MD &2. caused by: No unique master data found. "

It seems, planning level has wrong combination of root and non-root attributes.

Please check what all attribute you have in the planning level which are created at higher level, you need to have only those attribute which are at higher level for Non - root attribute so there will be unique value so system can aggregate (Currently its unable to aggregate hence giving this error). This is your configuration issue.

Impossible to say without some more info or screenshots.

Can you see the attributes when on detailed level of WK-Prod-Loc-Cust?

To which MD type is the attribute you are lacking assigned?
