All when running Response Constrained Forecast with optimizer, when setting up minimum lot sizes, the results are not goods, and the systems does not use semifinished in stock because of minimm stock.
Optimizer does not respect the Minimum Lot Size configured.
Check if the detailed discretization horizons are set to 0
This disables the discrete decisions and thus the optimizer will not respect the Minimum Lot Size
Check the optimizer profile and delete those 0 discretization horizon-values
Make sure that they are null/empty afterward
Note:
Minimum Lot Size behavior is: either nothing is produced at all, or, in case a production takes place, at least the specified amount will be produced (in your case 400). So if there is no production at all, this does not mean that minimum lot sizes are not respected.
To force a minimum production of at least ## please use the Minimum Production Receipt key figure
