IBP Manage Export Collection

Hi experts,

At our IBP (DEV) it was created collections without considering the best practices (SAP Note 3005266).: "PA_01" and "PA_02".
So, "Attributes" were inserted in the collections for the affected/dependent planning areas/master data types.
The collections "PA_01" and "PA_02" have many attributes.

I created the collection "001_ATTRIBUTES" and tried to "move" the items (Attributes) from "PA_01" and "PA_02", but it requires the move of all dependent items (e.g.MDT).

Once "PA_01" and "PA_02" were already imported to PRD (and regarding SAP Note 3005534), I don't know if I should delete them to reorganize the collections in the correct way (create 1 collection for all attributes, 1 for time profiles and 1 for Planning Areas and MDTs).

Can I delete them and recreate the collections?
Could you help me?
