Hi All,
For one of our project we are having IBP Ver 1811.2.0
We are suddenly facing IBP Login authorization error in Web and Excel interface
In Web login - Error is coming as 401 Not available
In Excel login - Error is coming as - The server reports that it is from SAP Net Weaver Application server and not allowing to login even after doing password reset
Can you let us know what can be the possible reason for this as this error is not faced with Business users?

As mentioned by Irmhild, please provide screenshot and any additional client logs that can be helpful to advise you further.
It can be missing permissions in the user business role (Basic Planning Tasks catalog access), or even something at the IdP (SCI) side, like: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2482649
If the IBP Server is IP Whitelisted, it can also be the case.
Finally, you may delete the Internet Explorer Cookies and recreate the connection in the add-in for additional testing.

so I understand that every user is affected on all PC?
Did you have an upgrade you know of? Obviously not a major upgrade if you are still on 1811, but a patch upgrade that could have been over the weekend, which would mean you would have had the error since Monday...
And I assume you tested already to clear the browser cache, plus I assume you tested to give kind of "SAP_ALL" authorization for test purposes...
