IBP Local Member Headings showing as #Name?

All of a sudden, one of our users is having a problem with a favorite she has had for quite a long time. The headings of the Local Members are showing as #Name?. This only happens on her local machine (not when she using Excel in our Citrix environment). I am assuming some setting got changed in her standalone Excel but have not been able to figure out which one. As a note, the actual values for the Local Member are calculated. I have attached a snapshot of the planning view.

This issue is resolved by using the "Go Offline" functionality when saving a file that a non-IBP user will be accessing.

Hi Susan,

Have you tried the solutions from this SAP Note to see if it helps on your scenario as well?:

Hi Susan,

#Name? is a common excel error code whenever there is any issue with the formula.

Excel recognize local member with the formula '=EPMLocalMember()' as you can see in the below screenshot

Now suppose if by mistake I remove some text from this formula like I removed the 'P' from it then excel recognized it as wrong formula and hence gave an error #Name? instead of giving local member name.

Please try to check and see if your case is also the same.

Hello Gourav,

Thank you for your response. I don't believe this is the issue as when the user opens the favorite in our citrix environment, the headers show fine. I am thinking that something in her local Excel environment is causing the problem.

I checked all of the VBA references and they are the same in both the Citrix and her local Excel setups.
