IBP keyfigure data not shown in Excel and Web-based planning (TS heuristic)

Hi Team,

we have the issue that all the key figures for a product B are not shown at all (Excel + Web based planning):

Product B is a production component of product A on location 1 and is sourced from another location 2: On both locations we do not see any key figure data for product B.

The production header material A on location 1 has all the key figure data (incl. outbound production demand).

The production component C of material B on location 2 receives the correct dependent production demand.

We have already performed check mode consistency checks. We have also checked to enter an independent demand for the component B on location 1. Running the TS heuristics leads to correct/updated key figures on the production component C on location 2, BUT the key figures for material B leave blank on both locations (except independent demand entered manually on location 1).

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Marco,

Please check if you've maintained UoM conversion factor for product B.
