I would suggest you to follow the SAP Help document and create a model and master data accordingly. Below is the link.

Overall process flow

1. Service level at Customer group level

2. Sales History (IO Sales) and Demand Forecast (IO Forecast) Key figure

3. Run the Forecast Error CV

4. Run the Sigle or Multi-Stage Inventory Optimization

4. Review Recommended Safety stock key figure
