Hi Experts
We are currently Experiencing an issue where a transport was not created for the datastore activation within ECC DEV environment and we are unable to move the Datastore Activation to QA to be access via CPI. Within the DEV environment we ran the RSA9 Transaction code to copy the delivered extractor hierarchy structure to the active one. The extractors were also activated within the RSA5 transaction and are available within RSA6 under the correct nodes. However when these activation's where done, no transport number was assigned or requested, we also had a look at the DSAA (APCO_MERGED) Object and cannot find it assigned to any transport. Therefore we are unable to transport the activation of the extractors to QA and access the QA data via CPI. Is there some way of manually creating a Transport with the relevant objects for activation that can be transported to QA and what are these objects. Could it also be possible to Deactivate the Datastores and then reactivate them ensuring a transport request is generated within DEV.
Regards
Ebrahim

This can be done within the RSA6 Transaction by adjusting the package assigned to the Datastores. Within RSA6 select the relevant Datasource and choose the object directory button on the top ribbon, adjsut the package to Z package which will generate a transport and allow you to move the Datastore from Dev to QA
