IBP Historical data qty deletion logs

Hi All,

we have daily data flow from CPI-DS in IBP .we encountered unexpected error Data qty updated daily in key figure is not seen for entire time period jan to july

Form AUG Weeks on wards data can be seen but before aug data was seen is now blank for all products for that KF.

in data integration app last 8 days upload can be seen .one possibility of KF upload option might have been used by user with delete option but we don't have logs.

can anyone suggest what would be possible reasons for entire data qty for KF blank and which logs can be checked.

we have checked in CPI-DS it shows each day it having logs of successful records.

Hi Sanket,

Is that KF enabled for Change History? If yes, then you can check the change history log and it should have information on who changed the data. Also, is that stored KF or calculated KF. Sometimes, sales history can be stored and calculated KF based on the other KF with "IF" condition. If it is calculated KF then check those input KF used in the calculation.

If Change history is not enabled, you don't have any option to track it back.

I have checked application logs app it has not helped.

KF is not activated for change history. also, It is not a calculated KF.

In CPI-DS these can't be tracked as it gives all successful messages.we have used insert/update in cpi-ds. Data integration stores logs for 7-8 days for tracking through data integration we required 10 days old job runs.

operator replace I have thought but it can't be proved.

I believe in IBP data deletion cause can't be identified if they are not available in data integration.

Hi Anil,

In CPI-DS we have scheduled job with insert and update .unable to check in data integration as we have upload history till 7th AUG we want before this date to check if replace was used.checked in CPI-DS daily job is running with successful records means it is uploading data .but during July last week something has triggered which has caused data deletion for all earlier months.

Please check if replace option was used ... it replaces all data with current update and may be data now loaded from current date . You can check this in dat integration ans also in CPI-DS
