IBP global Configuration - new Parameter group

Hello,

I want to connect IBP with Ariba.

For this, I use this description

The first point is, that I have to do is to create a new parameter group in the global konfiguration. For that, I add the catalog - id

SAP_IBP_BC_PLANMODEL_CF_PC

But, I cannot find a link or a button to create a new parameter group. furthermore, I can't find in the sap.help.com side helpful descriptions for that.

How I can create a new parameter group in the global configuration
