IBP Forecast Error Calculation failed

Hi experts,

I am trying to run the Forecast Error calculation on IBP. From the Fiori pad I've created the profile on my planning area, choosing MAPE as measure.

But then on my excel I run the planning operator "Forecast Error" but it always fails.

Any idea where could be the problem?

All I want to do, is to have a KF on my excel showing any measure of my forecast quality.

Hello Juan Carlos,

You may review the KBAs 2375742, 2579156 and 2448112 as they may be some possible root causes of the error. In case none of them are, I suggest you create an incident under component SCM-IBP-DM-STF so we can analyze the logs of the failed job.
