IBP Excel Template chart is not working

Hi SAP IBP Experts,

SAP IBP Excel chart data is not refreshed or no more possible to add key figure in the selection to display in chart.

Could you please suggest what could be the reason?

Is it due to authorization issue? Because it works perfectly fine for some users and some dont.

Hi Kiran,

No, usually it is not related to auth or permissions, but rather something machine specific on this user environment.

Do the users get any error message while trying to add a new KF, for instance, or simply nothing happens?

Please share as much details as possible to assist you further.

I have the same issue (in Feb 2025). Simply nothing happens, seems stuck. I updated the SAP_IBP_Chart file but no change. Was there a solution to this?

If we "cancel" the action, it freezes, if I click somewhere on the screen, it shows the following error.
