IBP Excel - Issue opening file - light blue screen

We have a file with large number of worksheets (i.e. planning views). When we try to open it in Excel 2013, we get a light blue screen with nothing on it (see below). If we do the same in Excel 365, it opens. Is there some setting in Excel 2013 that can be set to handle this larger file? Or is there some other reason we are getting this screen?

As additional information, we are on Excel Add-in version 2002.

I do not recall any setting, it should be issue with the planning view or maybe clear the metadata cache and try again.

Also, can a different user open this planning view in Excel 2013?

Recommendation: Upgrade the excel add-in to 2102, because the performance is good and you will have a lot of new capabilities.

Thank you, Praveen, clearing the meta data resolved the issue.

Our plan is to upgrade to 2102/2015, but need to get all of our users synchronized.
