IBP - Error when trying to save/update favorited templates from previous AddIn versions

Hello all, I'm reporting an error encountered by some colleagues of mine, when they tried to save data or update a template that was created on a previous AddIn version, this message showed up

I'd like to know what's the recommended course of action for when this error message appears and if there's any way to avoid this situation from occurring in the future.

Hello all. I will follow this item as we have exactly the same issue. After upgrading the Excel AddIn to 2408 users cannot save favorites anymore.

Have you tried checking the Excel log for more details? SAP IBP ribbon - Help - Log.

In the meantime SAP commented that there is a problem with 2408 and that we shall upgrade to 2411 what is not possible yet for productive systems. We will ask SAP to provide a solution, also for 2408.
