Hi Luke
Can you try loging in to web UI to confirm that your credentials are working. If yes then please try clearing the meta data cache and check again(Select your connection in the Logon window > Click on the small square button(with three dots) next to this field > Select your connection and click on 'Edit' button on the right hand side > Click on 'Clear Meta Data Cache' button on the top right hand side).
If the issue still persist please try remove the IBP excel addin and reinstall the same with the latest version (1911).

Hi Mateus,
Please check if you don't have any typos on your Server URL for the Excel connection created.
For instance, "http://" is not accepted, only "https://"
If that's not the case, try also to clear the Internet Explorer cookies, as it is there where the auth is stored.
Best,
Ivan

Hello everybody! I have exactly the same problem. When I try to access IBP through excel, an error message is displayed (attachment). But when accessing directly through the browser the error does not occur. I have already uninstalled and installed the program but the problem persists. Can someone help me?ibp-error.png
