IBP doesn't allow empty attribute column while uploading key figure data

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where business wants to upload statistical forecast at product level while the key figure is at product location level(base level). They don't have location data hence they want to do it at product level.

Is there any provision (other than data integration) to upload data, so that this requirement can be met?

Business usually uploads data at prod loc level. But this time they have some adhoc requirement of uploading the forecast data only at product level.

If we create a new KF at prod level, how do we map it to the actual forecast KF which is at prod loc level.

Create a custom key figure at your desired level ( Product ) and load the forecast into the same?

Moreover, If your business wants to have a forecast at the product level, why do you need the KF at the Prod Loc level?
