IBP control tower usage

What is the best way to enable the usage of control tower in IBP? I know we can use custom alerts using the SCCT functionality, but if I want to enable the KPIs associated with control tower, what do I need to do? Specifically, if I already have an unified PA, do I need to send the data to the copy of SAP5?

Hi,

SAP Supply Chain Control Tower is the central monitoring application to view and gets real-time information and respond rapidly. The following are the functions to enable SCCT.

1. Gain in-depth insights into Supply Chain- Integrate performance data from various systems and get ONE view
2. Exception management – Proactive issue resolution through increased visibility and orchestration Fast problem resolution - Drive fast, collaborative actions within a Team
3. Make Better decisions - Simulate and compare different options, before making decisions
4. Business Network Collaboration - Work with external partners for easier and faster planning

If the unified planning area modeled for SCCT you can use the existing PA data and at the same time integrated any other systems information.

If the unified planning area not modeled then create separate planning area copying SAP5 and configure as per the requirement.
