IBP calculate avg price and copy to another planning level

I need a process of follow calculation

I have the planned price from Jul 2019 until Jul 2020. for this period, I need the avg. price. After that, the average price must be copy from the planning level month to year level. The reason is, to calculate the next year with the average price form last year.
