IBP attribute values appears as double text

Hi All,

I have a problem in IBP where all attribute values appears as double text in IBP Excel addin. Could you please help which setting might have caused this issue so that it can be corrected.

Like in below screen shot you would see it repetitive text for every attribute.

Hi Harjinder,

You would have selected the Personal Data checkbox for the Attribute ID. As a result, the Personal Data attributes are regarded as dynamic selection of attributes.

The Description Attributes do not work when you enable the Personal Data for the attribute ID.

Can you remove the personal data checkbox and clear the metadata data and then reload it to rectify the same.
