Do we have a document or something to help sales understand which solution we should lead with? Some background:
- Oil and gas operator
- A lot of work orders are executed through contractors
- May want the contractor to also plan the WO, estimate, etc...
- Do not use FSM for scheduling
- Customer likes the work order collaboration of AIN, but roadmap may not be there yet
- Customer likes the dynamic forms in FSM smart forms
- Customer wants the contractor to follow their process when possible
- Customer wants the data (from the work order, details, etc) eventually back into their SAP ECC system
- What is different between work order collaboration with AIN vs. crowd sourcing in FSM?
- Is Fieldglass a requirement for FSM crowd sourcing?
What should we be positioning for mobility, scheduling and the network.
