I noticed that when creating a Maintenance Plan that is not a request I lose the Malfunction tab.
I have tested this with and without profile
Every time I create a Task list and assign it to a Maintenance ITem that Plan Category = (PM) I lose the malfuntion tab on all orders.
If I create the Maintenance Item with Plan Catefory = (YM) when I go to execture the Maintence order I have the Malfuntion tab and can enter malf. data and root cause.
What is the differece? Is there a config somewhere that should be changed to allow Malfunction data on plan Cateory = (PM)
any help would be great. See screen shows shoing (PM) without Malf. tab and (YM) with Malf tab
