Hi Aditya,

Please find the steps.

1> Please set the deletion flag in Tcode /SCMB/SCUMAIN - Maintain Supply Chain Unit and save the records.

2> Then click in Delete SCUs in Tcode /SCMB/SCUMAIN and schedule the job for delete the deletion flag records from system/DB which has maintained in step-1
