I am getting the below error while conforming process order for non ewm managed materials using WM

Could not determine EWM stock data - mapping storage location

Hi, we are using WM in S4hana(EWM not active). but still we are getting the above issue. 

Any idea what could be reason? I have checked all the configuration but did not find any config that is related to EWM for the plant and storage location

any help is highly appreciated
