Your particular error is stated as Error 11. Error 11 means that your processing of data ran out of the appropriate Java threads. There are different ways or areas where you can look at to improve available resources to free up thread counts.
In particular your issue is tied to the complex table download of CTEquipments. That table is normally large for most customers and if your data is so huge, you may be seeing a cap and you need to adjust accordingly.
Please check out our Troubleshooting guide on Error 11. Concentrate on Action 14 and 15 in particular. In Action 15 for complex table it is up to you to add additional filters to speed the connection to help reduce Error 11. You may even opt to hire the SAP optimization/services team to see if you want them to optimize your data but at the end of the day you have the SAP transaction = /SYCLO/CONFIGPANEL to look at filtering your CTEquipment table.
