We manage serialized returnable packaging material in the ERP and EWM system. The packaging materials are managed in stock in ERP when the packaging material is full and in ERP&EWM when the packaging material is empty
1) In inbound processes we generate a sub-item for the packaging material only in ERP not replicated in EWM. The HU is transfer between both system and we can display the S/N in 2 differents fields : in S/N field in the sub-item and in EXIDV2 in the HU. The packaging material is entered in tied stock in ERP.
2) For outbound process, we have the same logic and we transfer the packaging material in in-transit tied stock in case of STO.
3) In some cases we have some re-packing inside the plant and we execute this repacking in EWM. During this repacking we need to send to the ERP the HU in order to update the correct status of the serialize returnable packaging with Tied or Untied status BUT in this case, the finished goods are not transfered so we don't have a delivery with which EWM and ERP can communicate.
Is it possible to send the HU from EWM to ECC ?
Is it possible to generate a delivery in EWM during Repacking when no transfer has been done ?
4) During production step (We use the PMR -production material request) , the system create in ERP only a stock movements (261 for consumption and 101 for GR) without delivery.
Is it possible in standard to have not only a goods movement in ERP but also a delivery from EWM ? (we would like absolutely works with PMR)
Request clarification before answering.

I will only try to answer this part.
If you want deliveries: then why the hell do you use the advanced production integration??? This is specifically build in a way that there is NO delivery created at all. It is possible to set up the goods receipt posting to create an inbound delivery when creating the delivery in EWM for the expected goods receipt. But there is no setting for the consumption postings to do that. Only if you set the product for backflush, but then you trigger the consumption posting from ERP.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!
