HU is not getting updated with staging step completed.

Hello All,

When I confirm the Staging Warehouse task, it is not updating HU with 'External step'.

Is this required, so that next Loading WT generated automatically?

POSC- OB01, OB03 and OB04 are my steps.

Upto OB03, all are okay.

But one OB03 confirmed, it is not moving ahead.

I have TU at Door.

Door bin assigned to Door.

Please advice.

Hi,

how do your process settings look like?

It usually make sense that the WT for step OB04 (loading) is NOT created automatically when the WT with step OB03 is finished - because you load only once the truck / TE has arrived. So you create all the WTs for loading in the special transaction for loading / unloading.

Have you got the solution. In my case too system upon confirmation of staging warehouse OB03 step is not getting updated at HU level. Instead HU shows OB02 step on it. This is affecting Ob04 loading task creation
