How will we conduct the sampling procedure in the pharma and chemical industries?
For example, 100kg chemical we are purchasing in that we are taking 1 kg sample for inspection (incoming inspection), we have completed the inspection and we are doing UD, while the stock posting system automatically allows us to propose 99 kg Only.
In my case 99kg only we need to post into unrestricted use, as we already used 1 kg for inspection, that 1kg we can't re-use for production as it is a chemical product.
Is there a system that automatically calculates the balance QTY after taking the sample?sampling
For this scenario what kind of setting and where do I need to make it?
