How to Works SAP TM Collaboration Portal - Customer Modifications?

Hi guys.

I have been studying Jan Rumig document's How to Provide Customer Modifications for the SAP TM Collaboration Portal and i have questions :

1-We need to create a BSP aplication and creating the index.html like document shows

then will my BSP aplication created be equal standard application?

2-I followed the document and i created a component.js in my bsp created in se80 but my bsp aplication open without any TILE.What happened.?Only the launchpad appears.

3-I followed the 8.1 charpter and the new Tile is not created.

4-How my BSP created in se80 will replace the standard configured in PFCG.
