Hi All ,
we have S41709 and EWM 9.5 as separate systems and would like to perform stock transfer inspection process with this landscape.
With current setup Inspection type 17 , it is absolutely fine and getting inspec. lots for all process order and purchased order but now its required to perform stock transfer inspection under type 1708.
So far the activities i performed are
1. Assigned the Inspection type in Material master as 1708.
2. Inspection rule created with IOT5 as Inspection type 1708.
but i am not sure what would be the trigger point for generation of Insp lot -ECC and Insp document in EWM under stock transfer process.
Normally , in ECC ,Sloc to Sloc transfer system it going to create Insp lot with Lot origin 08 .
Same way in EWM what could be the trigger point to generate lot with Inspection type 1708.
should be Bin to Bin Transfer or any some other method to generate Insp lot in ECC-EWM ??
Or do i need to make any further setup under this process , please guide.
Kindly share your comments .

Hi,
Stock transfer is between bin to bin or plant to plant via STO process?

Use EWM Warehouse Monitor (transaction /SCWM/MON) or report /SCWM/R_STOCK_TYPE_CHANGE to create ad-hoc (IOT5) inspection after the upload of stocks or instead of the posting change in /SCWM/POST.
