How to use compartments in sap tm

Hi,

I maintained 3 compartment each of 1000 kg. I created frieght units of 3000kg. But when I did optimizer planning, all the fu got into compartment 1 ( more than 100%) without filling other teo compartment. What could be the reason and how to resolve it?

Hi Jones,

do you have maintained weight as a planning relevant quantity in your freight unit building rule. Only in that case it would actually be a constraint for optimization, otherwise it would be shown and calculated but not considered during VSR run.

Not sure what's you requirements but usage of incompatibilities is a standard solution to avoid the load plan mix the goods in the same compartment.
