Hi team,
My problem is - ZPS can't do milestone billing. Thus, I need to cancel the old Sales Order (SO) and create a new one under ZRO. After rejection done, I realized the Service Order (SON) tagged in the old SO is still required after I rejected the SO. So, I immediately cancel rejection. But the SON still locked. Please assist.
